Know your personalized Ayurvedic Plan

One of our consultants will conduct an in-depth Ayurvedic assessment of a detailed account of your health history, present imbalances and health concerns, as well an evaluation of your mind/body constitution including pulse and tongue analysis. After conducting a thorough evaluation of the imbalances in the mind and body, a personalized plan will then be created that includes Ayurvedic dietary guidance and nutrition, daily routines, lifestyle changes, herbal recommendations, exercises and more. 

Your consultation will be followed by a guide sent via email with our recommendations, and recaps of your consultation.

Also with suggestions of helpful links and books in case you would like to deepen your knowledge in this beautiful science.
