We are located just outside the gated portion of the community of Ocean Park in San Juan-- very close to the neighborhoods of Condado and Santurce. We are approximately a 15-20 minute ride from the San Juan International Airport (SJU).

YES! We are dog friendly-- up to 50lbs. With your dogs stay, we will include eating and drinking bowls, a doggy-bed for sleeping (as dogs are not allowed on the room beds), and special treats for them. There is a limit of 2 pets per room. Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times while in our communal areas. You can walk them and have them use the restroom on the streets surrounding our property. (There are many well-lit, green areas they can use.) However, you are required to pick up after them. The fee is $50/night for the first dog and $25/night for the second dog. Please note some rooms have spiral staircases

We have a morning Yoga class every day. Complimentary to guests and $15/pp for walk-ins. Our Yoga classes are vigorous Vinyasa-Flow. First 30 mins are begginger/intermediate & the class builds up. Modifications are always offered to accomodate to all experience levels. We provide Manduka mats & blocks.

We do provide beach towels, a beach bag, and a small fabric cooler. Rather than beach chairs we provide a beach blanket. You can rent beach chairs on Santa Ana St.

The taxis DO NOT operate 24 hours. They stop running around approximately 10 pm and start running typically at 6 am. Ubers do run 24/7.

For room reservations we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diner's Club. For in house purchases, we accept the previous + cash, Venmo, Paypal & Ath Movil. We do not accept personal checks.

Rates are subject to a mandatory Puerto Rico 9% room tax. There are no other service fees.

No, we do not offer airport pick-ups. Please take a taxi or Uber from the airport. It is a very convenient 15-20 minute ride. You do not have to schedule a ride beforehand, since there are many available. We will send you our specific address via email before you arrive.

At the time of booking 100% is charged.

Free Cancellation when notifying more than 30 days of your arrival date. 100% of payment will be refunded.

If the booking is canceled between 30-15 days before arrival, then only 50% will be reimbursed.

If the booking is canceled less than 15 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date), no reimbursements apply.

If you wish to reduce your reservation, it will be treated as a regular cancellation. You must notify within more than 30 days in order to receive free cancellation.

If reservation is reduced 30-15 days before arrival then a refund equal to 50% of the cancelled nights will apply. If the booking is reduced less than 15 days before arrival then no refund will apply.

If booked via a third party, cancellation policies may vary and you must cancel directly through them.

EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to welcome you as early as 8 am. While we get your room ready you can drop off your luggage, enjoy our communal areas, have breakfast ($21/person), explore the neighborhood, or visit the beach.

SELF CHECK-IN: After 4 pm, we will not have a host on duty to assist you. However, you are welcome to make a self-check-in, and our host will meet up with you at breakfast the following morning. We will provide any info you need for the self-check-in via email prior to your arrival.

CHECK-OUT: 11 am

Front desk hours are from 8am-4pm. Our communal house is open from 24hrs. We will provide upon arrival an emergency phone contact in the event you need to reach a host.

Yes, there is free parking on the streets around our property. Particularly Cordero St, Atlantic St, and Pacific St. Do have in mind parking can be limited. We highly recommend getting around on uber, electric scooters or walking.

We offer daily complimentary chef’s choice breakfast from 9-11am. We also have a drinking station open 24/7 with fresh tea, coffee & bottle of wines to purchase.

Yes, there are many amazing restaurants on the streets surrounding our hotel-- particularly on the Calle Loiza directly behind us.

There are several grocery stores and fruit stands within close walking distance from us. Our hosts are happy to point them out to you or you will find them on the provided Digital Guide once you book your stay.

The months of December through April are considered High Season. A very good time to visit Puerto Rico is from May to June, right after the busy winter season and just before the hotter and sometimes rainy summer. Spring weather is also very pleasant, barely escaping the mid-80's on most days.
